Our flagship wine, bearing the family’s name, combines the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc varieties. The wine gets its character in a complex, well-supervised process, together with the personal touch of Michael Alfasi, patriarch of the family, whose calling is wine.
